      Well, a grilled piece of fish is always a great addition to a salad. So is canned tuna if you’re in a hurry. One of my favourite ways to prepare salmon is to glaze it in a mixture of soy/tamari sauce and honey. First, you’ll need to pat the fillet dry and add salt and pepper, then you need to fry the salmon skin side down on the pan and finally add a mixture of 2 tbsp soy/tamari sauce + 1 tbsp honey. Pour it over the salmon, let the extra liquid cook off (about a minute) and then remove from heat and let the glaze set. Move the salmon around to cover it completely in the glaze. Serve on a bed of leafy greens, roasted veggies with toasted sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
